Ceramic Tile Removal | Hospital Lobby/Corridors

Precision Surface Preparation worked with the Facility Services Group to remove 5000 square feet of Ceramic Tile flooring in a thinset base using their state-of-the-art floor machines. The flooring material was removed from the main lobby and corridors of the Kennedy Health Systems at 435 Hurffville Cross Keys Road in Turnersville, New Jersey  (08012). From the custom-designed floor scrapers to the shot blasting machines to the concrete grinding machines, PSP’s experienced crew was able to complete the concrete floor preparation over a two day period during which the hospital remained in operation. When using our floor removal equipment, we provide our own power source (a four-cylinder turbo charged diesel engine) located outside the building and removed from work environment in an enclosed trailer. No generators are necessary, there are no electricians to schedule, and a typical first floor set up takes less than 20 minutes and provides clean, quiet operation.
