Brush Blast for Safety Purpose | Warehouse

The Precision Surface Preparation crew refinished the concrete floor of the warehouse  (32,500 sq. ft.)  at  Hardwire, LLC in Pocomoke City, Maryland (MD) using our 15-inch shot blasting machines. This was a 'brush blast" to resurface the concrete to improve the "static coefficient of friction" on the warehouse floor for safety purposes.  The entire shot blasting was done during regular business hours and was completed in two days.

A Word from our Customer...

"We utilized PSP's services in April 2011 to brush blast the floor in our main production facility in Pocomoke City, MD.  This increased our productivity as well as decreased any potention safety issues.  Ron was the quickest to reply with a fair quote and exhibited excellent communication throughout the whole process.  Ron and his team professionally performed the job as scheduled and exceeded our expectations.  We will definitely use PSP again if needed and highly recommend them for surface preparation needs."

Shot Blasting and Edging | Warehouse Aisles

A combination of shot blasting and diamond grinding allowed the Precision Surface Preparation crew to prepare the concrete floors of various warehouse aisles (4950 sq. ft.)  to be ready to accept coatings/overlays at  Ultra Hardware Products, LLC in Pennsauken, New Jersey (NJ). The15-inch Blast heads on our shot blasting machines do the job quickly and efficiently, reducing the number of passes and line patterns often resulting from the smaller 8-10-inch shot blasting machines used by other contractors. Our hand-held concrete grinding machines allow us to finish the job to your specifications. In this way, we are able to provide exactly the floor surface profile that you require and save you time and money.  The entire shot blasting and concrete grinding job was done during normal business hours and was completed in a single day.

Shotblasting Floor Preparation | Warehouse

Using our state-of-the-art shot blasting machines, the Precision Surface Preparation crew prepared approximately 35,000 sq. ft. of concrete warehouse floor in preparation for coverings/coatings at the DNR Coatings warehouse in Mount Laurel, New Jersey (NJ). Because we use exclusively 15-inch Blast heads for an even profile with one-third less passes than the 8-10-inch machines many shot blasting contractors use, the job was able to be performed during normal business hours and completed in two days, thus saving time and cost for the project.

Epoxy Lift | Retail Floor

Precision Surface Preparation removed approximately 8000 sq. ft. of epoxy floor covering as a part of a renovation project at the Family Dollar Store in Leesport, Pennsylvania (PA) using our custom-designed, hydraulic, ride-on floor scraper machines.  Because these machines have their own external power source (a four-cylinder turbo charged diesel engine located outside the building and removed from work environment in an enclosed trailer) which eliminates fumes and minimizes noise inside the facility, the job was able to be performed during normal business hours and completed in two days. No generators are necessary. No electricians to schedule. When an experienced Precision Surface Preparation crew does the job, a typical first floor set up takes less than 20 minutes and provides clean, quiet operation.
