PSP specializes in floor surface removal from concrete in commercial and industrial settings. PSP was incorporated in 1998 and currently has offices in south-central and north-eastern Pennsylvania. PSP has successfully completed hundreds of projects involving the removal of Vinyl Tile, Carpet, Epoxy, Linoleum, Ceramic Tile and more. PSP currently serves the Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Washington DC, and Northern Virginia markets. We have completed projects as far north as Chicopee, Massachusetts, and have the ability to go anywhere in the United States. Utilizing our own uniquely-designed mobile hydraulic system, we have serviced the floor surface removal needs of General Contractors, Remodeling Contractors, Flooring Contractors and Demolition Contractors as well as Building Owners and Managers. PSP has completed projects in Hospitals, Strip Malls, Manufacturing Facilities, Low Rise and High Rise Commercial Buildings, Industrial Plants, Warehouses and others. Many of these facilities were occupied and fully operational during the removal process! Moreover, our own power source, (a four-cylinder turbo charged diesel engine) is located outside the building and removed from work environment in an enclosed trailer. We can put our truck into almost any space available on the job site -- from a busy city street to a shopping mall to a high rise commercial building driveway.
