Here at Precision Surface Preparation, Inc. ("PSP"), we specialize in floor surface removal from concrete in commercial and industrial settings.
Who Should Use Your Services?
Utilizing our own uniquely-designed mobile hydraulic system for floor scraping as well as state-of-the-art shot blasting machines and concrete grinding machine, we have completed the floor surface removal and preparation projects for General Contractors, Remodeling Contractors, Demolition Contractors and Flooring Contractors as well as Building Owners and Managers.
What Area Do You Serve?
We have offices in south-central Pennsylvania. We currently serve the Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Washington DC, and Northern Virginia markets. We have completed projects as far north as Chicopee, Massachusetts, and have the ability to go anywhere in the United States.
What Type of Buildings Can You Work In?
Since our incorporation in 1998, we have successfully completed hundreds of jobs involving the removal of almost all types of floor coverings and concrete floor surface preparation projects in Hospitals, Strip Malls, Manufacturing Facilities, Low Rise and High Rise Commercial Buildings, Industrial Plants, Warehouses and others. We have worked at secure facilities such as the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI), Pentagon, National Security Agency (NSA), and others; and, of course, we provide a Certificate of Insurance to our contractors upon request.

- We have all the right equipment to handle your complete flooring job -- from removing floor coverings with our own mobile floor scraping maching to preparing the underlying concrete surface to your specified profile using our shot blasting machines to concrete finishing with diamond grinding equipment. We are prepared with state-of-the-art quipment to handle the job from beginning to end.
